USA Customs Handling Fee
We are very sorry but we have had to implement a GBP £1.00 Customs Handling Fee for each parcel being sent to the United States.
This will be incorporated into the shipping cost
EU Member States (including Ireland) – We have temporarily suspended taking orders for deliveries to countries within the EU on our website.
Unfortunately due to new postal regulations brought in on 1 July 2026 we have had to remove some EU delivery destinations from our website.
We are still able to ship but would have to quote individually for postage, therefore please Email Us your name and address and what you would like to order and we will respond with a quote and can then issue an invoice to be paid online
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and are working to resume our EU shipping service as soon as possible.
Please be advised that our shipping fees do not include duty/customs charges which may be applicable to your order since Brexit.
Please note that duty/customs taxes and/or fees vary per country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Your package is sent with the required customs form label and this includes the contents and purchase price of your item(s).

Due to the significant increase in Royal Mail postage costs, and the way they have changed their pricing structure, we have had to revise our postage and packing costs as below.

Postage/shipping on orders will be charged as follows:

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 7 working days (unless your confirmation email states differently for our annual holidays), but please note that your choice of shipping will determine how long it takes to arrive.
If your order is urgent or for a special occasion please contact us on +44 (0)1865 723404 and we will do our best to despatch to you by return.
We reserve the right to amend these costs at any time due to changes in world wide shipping regulations.
